I take a product from a concept or a drawing through engineering, prototyping, tooling, and production. The work covers feasibility, SolidWorks design, design for manufacture, patent documentation, and a file a factory can quote. I also set up the path from a first article to a commercial product, including tooling, packaging, and licensing when that is what the project needs.Prototypes are printed in-house on two 3D printers, a LulzBot TAZ 5 and a LulzBot TAZ 6, so a first article does not wait on an outside shop.I work directly with inventors, brands, and manufacturers.
